Who is Precious Health for?
Health practitioners, coaches, and wellness professionals: anyone whose work centres on guiding clients toward better health outcomes. Functional medicine doctors, naturopaths, dietitians, nutritionists, health coaches, and personal trainers all use the platform the same way: programmes, plans, sessions, labs, check-ins, and progress in one considered place.
Is Precious Health a directory?
No. Precious Health doesn't match clients to practitioners. You bring your own clients. We're the platform you use to deliver coaching or nutrition work to them, not a marketplace that finds them for you.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is part of the conversation, not the form. We set it once we know it's a fit. Apply and we'll talk it through.
Can I keep my existing booking page (Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity)?
Yes. Nothing migrates. Sessions, messages and check-ins live inside Precious Health; bookings stay where you already have them. We listen to webhooks so the schedule stays in sync.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes. Your clients can log in at app.yourname.com instead of a generic URL. You control the brand colours and logo too, so the platform looks like your practice.
What happens to my existing clients?
You invite them. Their data lives in your tenant: you own the relationship and the records. We don't market to them, ever.
Do I need to be technical to use Precious Health?
No. If you can use email and a browser, you're set. Onboarding takes a few minutes and we handle the technical setup (domain, certificates, brand) for you.
How long does onboarding take?
Under an hour for you. We set up your tenant, brand and domain; you invite your first client. After that you are running.
What if I want to leave?
You export your data and your clients' data in standard formats. No lock-in, no notice period. The work you built (your library, plans and notes) is yours.
Which languages and regions are supported?
English today. The platform works anywhere you and your clients can reach the internet.

Can I sign up directly?
No. You arrive through the coach or practitioner you're already working with. Ask them whether they're on Precious Health. If they are, they can invite you. If they're not, point them here.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Only you and your practitioner see your data. We don't share, sell or advertise against it. Full details are in our privacy policy.
What if my practitioner leaves the platform?
You can export your data. The records of your work together (labs, check-ins, plans, notes) belong to you.
Will I be charged?
No. Your practitioner handles billing directly with you, in whatever way they already do. The platform doesn't bill clients.
